Understanding Human Disease Through Mouse Genetics

EUMORPHIA was a project funded by the European Commission under FP5 from October 2002 until March 2006. The work carried out in EUMORPHIA created:

a database of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for screens that can be used to characterise the phenotype of a mouse

a database to hold phenome data obtained from the EMPReSS SOPs

a new project funded by the European Commission under FP6 to generate phenome data on 650 mutant mice using the EMPReSS SOPs
